🍻 Default formulae for the missing package manager for macOS

The upstream Makefile isn't great, passing it direct variables should keep it compatible going forwards. Normally we wouldn't accept formulae like this, where the URL isn't versioned and can change silently, but I guess here since it hasn't for nearly 6 years it isn't likely to now. Closes #958. How do I install these formulae?
Just brew install <formula>. This is the default tap for Homebrew and is installed by default.
