🍻 Default formulae for the missing package manager for macOS

WMF seemingly won't compile for a lot of people. Rather than repeatedly
fight this issue, make WMF an option for this formula:
brew install imagemagick --use-wmf
If someone can get WMF compiling for everyone, please patch and add a note
to:
