Charlie Sharpsteen 9b7288978c MuPDF: Add caveats and 10.6+ Requirement
The incompatibility with Leopard is now expressed as a requirement. Caveats
added explaining that the names of the command line tools have been altered to
prevent clashes with other packages.

The version of Freetype that comes with Leopard is too old to build MuPDF
against. It is possible to get MuPDF working on Leopard using the Freetype
formula from Homebrew-Dupes and some tweaks to the Makefile.
Doing so is left as an exercise for the reader.

All MuPDF command line tools have been prefixed with `mu` to prevent name
clashes with other PDF packages.

Remove some Makefile rules that Homebrew takes care of through CFLAGS and
LDFLAGS. MuPDF doesn't look at CPPFLAGS, so we piggyback it onto CFLAGS.
