🍻 Default formulae for the missing package manager for macOS

Tim D. Smith da2a1ded6b py2cairo: don't link libpython ... Hacks around waf's python extension mode, which unnecessarily forces an explicit link to the python framework. This allows us to avoid a dependency on :python so that bottles don't install Homebrew python. Closes Homebrew/homebrew#36546. Signed-off-by: Tim D.
