This commit updates the formula to install the ROOT data analysis framework developed by CERN. ROOT is widely used in the particle physics community, both inside and outside of CERN. Closes Homebrew/homebrew#17988. Signed-off-by: Adam Vandenberg <flangy@gmail.com>
