Alessio Bogon fd97ebe6e4 sqlmap: clean up, add test
* Remove outdated resources and options.
* Remove python dependency (sqlmap works with python 2.6 and 2.7)
* Symlink `sqlmapapi.py` if available
* More useful test

Closes Homebrew/homebrew#35921.
