Add LDAP support (RFC 4511) to s_client ("-starttls ldap")

Based on initial patch by Alex Bergmann <alex@linlab.net> and new function
ldap_ExtendedResponse_parse() by Andy Polyakov <appro@openssl.org>. Thanks
