Fix coverity-reported errors in ocspapitest
Avoid memory leaks in error paths, and correctly apply parentheses to function calls in a long if-chain. Reviewed-by: Matt Caswell <matt@openssl.org> (Merged from https://github.com/openssl/openssl/pull/4873)
