Because of that we can remove OPENSSL_UNISTD and some other
macros from e_os2.h and opensslconf.h

It turns out that AT_SECURE may be defined through other means than
our inclusion of sys/auxv.h, so to be on the safe side, we define our
own guard and use that to determine if getauxval() should be used or
not.

Correct misspelled VXWORKS macros.
Add VXWORKS identifying macros to e_os2.h.
Add required inclusions and mappings for VxWorks in e_os.h.
A few small modifications to make OpenSSL build and work on VxWorks.
PR: 253, except for the change that was handled in an earlier
commit, and a request for easy build of just parts of OpenSSL.
Remove the old broken bio read of serial numbers in the 'ca' index
file. This would choke if a revoked certificate was specified with
a negative serial number.
