Richard Levitte	37b8f1e21c	Clarify what RUN_ONCE returns ... RUN_ONCE really just returns 0 on failure or whatever the init function returned. By convention, however, the init function must return 0 on failure and 1 on success. This needed to be clarified. Richard Levitte	925d17f3ee	Define a few internal macros for easy use of run_once functions ... Because pthread_once() takes a function taking no argument and returning nothing, and we want to be able to check if they're successful, we define a few internal macros to get around the issue.
