BIO_eof() was always returning true when using a BIO pair. It should only
be true if the peer BIO is empty and has been shutdown.

Removes SSIZE_MAX definition from bss_bio.c and changes that file to use
OSSL_SSIZE_MAX.
No need to account for OPENSSL_SYS_VXWORKS, since that never actually
gets defined anywhere. It must be a historical artifact.

close ARGV if eof; # Close file to reset $.

For a local variable:
TYPE *p;
Allocations like this are "risky":
p = OPENSSL_malloc(sizeof(TYPE));
if the type of p changes, and the malloc call isn't updated, you
could get memory corruption. Instead do this:
p = OPENSSL_malloc(sizeof(*p));
Also fixed a few memset() calls that I noticed while doing this.

Add VXWORKS identifying macros to e_os2.h.
Add required inclusions and mappings for VxWorks in e_os.h.
A few small modifications to make OpenSSL build and work on VxWorks.
PR: 253, except for the change that was handled in an earlier
commit, and a request for easy build of just parts of OpenSSL.

Please note that I'm a little unsure how incorrect calls to the old
ctrl functions should be handled, in som cases. I currently return 0

in those cases.

as if you could request something rather than obtain information
about what the peer did).
