This gets rid of the BEGINRAW..ENDRAW sections in crypto/bn/build.info.
This also moves the assembler generating perl scripts to take the
output file name as last command line argument, where necessary.

Improve RSA sing performance by 20-30% by:
- switching from floating-point to integer conditional moves;
- daisy-chaining sqr-sqr-sqr-sqr-sqr-mul sequences;
- using MONTMUL even during powers table setup;
