When SSL_CTX is created preinitialize it with system default
configuration from system_default section.

find . -name '*.[ch]' | /tmp/pl
where /tmp/pl is the following three-line script:
print unless $. == 1 && m@/\* .*\.[ch] \*/@;
close ARGV if eof; # Close file to reset $.
And then some hand-editing of other files.

This adds support for SSL/TLS configuration using configuration modules.
Sets of command value pairs are store and can be replayed through an
SSL_CTX or SSL structure using SSL_CTX_config or SSL_config.
