Andy Polyakov	02c31fa461	Jumbo Makfiles update. ... - eliminate ambiguities between GNU-ish and SysV-ish make flavors; - switch [back] to -e; - fold/unify rules; This is follow-up to the patch introducing common BUILDENV.
