b4b23d05d3 RT 3854: Update apps/req

157c345175 RT3511: doc fix; req default serial is random 
RT842, closed back in 2004, changed the default serial number
to be a random number rather than zero.  Finally time to update
the doc

bad4058574 New option '-subj arg' for 'openssl req' and 'openssl ca'. This 
sets the subject name for a new request or supersedes the
subject name in a given request.

Add options '-batch' and '-verbose' to 'openssl req'.
