a00ae6c46e OPENSSL_NO_xxx cleanup: many removals 
The following compile options (#ifdef's) are removed:
    OPENSSL_NO_BIO OPENSSL_NO_BUFFER OPENSSL_NO_CHAIN_VERIFY
    OPENSSL_NO_EVP OPENSSL_NO_FIPS_ERR OPENSSL_NO_HASH_COMP
    OPENSSL_NO_LHASH OPENSSL_NO_OBJECT OPENSSL_NO_SPEED OPENSSL_NO_STACK
    OPENSSL_NO_X509 OPENSSL_NO_X509_VERIFY

This diff is big because of updating the indents on preprocessor lines.

9aaa7be8d4 PR 2580: dgst missing current SHA algorithms 
Update the dgst.pod page to include SHA224...512 algorithms.
Update apps/progs.pl to add them to the digest command table.

5dbd3efce7 Replace 'ecdsaparam' commandline utility by 'ecparam' 
(the same keys can be used for ECC schemes other than ECDSA)
and add some new options.

Similarly, use string "EC PARAMETERS" instead of "ECDSA PARAMETERS"
in 'PEM' format.

Fix ec_asn1.c (take into account the desired conversion form).

'make update'.

cf1b7d9664 Make all configuration macros available for application by making 
sure they are available in opensslconf.h, by giving them names starting
with "OPENSSL_" to avoid conflicts with other packages and by making
sure e_os2.h will cover all platform-specific cases together with
opensslconf.h.

I've checked fairly well that nothing breaks with this (apart from
external software that will adapt if they have used something like
NO_KRB5), but I can't guarantee it completely, so a review of this
change would be a good thing.

5782ceb298 New OCSP utility. This can generate, parse and print 
OCSP requests. It can also query reponders and parse or
print out responses.

Still needs some more work: OCSP response checks and
of course documentation.

7f9b7b074d Fix the gendsa program and add it to the app list. The progs.h file is 
auto generated but not auto updated so it is included. Also remove the
encryption from the sample DSA keys.
