ff6da65e0d Document OPENSSL_thread_stop_ex() 
This new function works in the same way as OPENSSL_thread_stop() but
for a specified OPENSSL_CTX.

d64b62998b Add an OpenSSL library context 
The context builds on CRYPTO_EX_DATA, allowing it to be dynamically
extended with new data from the different parts of libcrypto.
