Dr. Stephen Henson 584ac22110 Make ecdsatest work with nonces. 
Update ecdsatest to use ECDSA_sign_setup and ECDSA_sign_ex, this
avoids the nonce generation which would otherwise break the test.

Reinstate ecdsatest.
