Geoff Thorpe 6a6592962c Attempt to bring the 'engine' documentation up to date w.r.t missing prototypes, etc. Also, some fairly significant edits were made to the text (who wrote this crap anyway? oh wait ...), removing stuff which is overkill, rewriting stuff that was opaque, correcting things that were just downright false, etc.		2004-06-17 23:40:14 +00:00
