openssl/crypto/conf
Geoff Thorpe e212226828 This declaration seems to have been added into the header file accidently.
There's no trace of it being implemented and it doesn't seem to have been
intended given that it is prototyped with a BIO yet there was a BIO-
specific version added in at the same time.
