Corinna Vinschen 732c5a6b92 Drop redundant and outdated __CYGWIN32__ tests.
Change OPENSSL_SYSNAME_CYGWIN32 to OPENSSL_SYSNAME_CYGWIN.
Drop outdated Cygwin targets.
