a33f580db1 Remove OC_App::register function 
The data supplied is never used in OwnCloud. Removed the call from all the apps, and made the public API function empty.

bda2dbec1f Prevent Clickjacking by adding additional headers: 
header('X-Frame-Options: Sameorigin');
                header('X-XSS-Protection: 1; mode=block');
                header('X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff');
