81245668eb Add message detail bottom sheet 
This commit is mainly about the bottom sheet mechanics of showing the toolbar when it is expanded. A place holder layout is used for the bottom sheet content.

81c7482055 Use system's ringtone picker activity for 'new mail ringtone' 
With the old picker we can't support custom notification sounds because that requires the READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission.
