Updating the fileman bash script to bind gptokeyb prior to launching fileman. This will allow all devices to automatically bind to the same inputs as long as they have SDL2 entries for their gamepad.

Fixing a gcc issue in flycast2021 that prevented it from loading on RK3326 devices. We needed to turn off outlining atomics to prevent unused headers from being looked up. As a result, re-enabling flycast2021 for RK3326 devices

Fixes for XU10:

Fixing mapping for headphone detection
Correcting vcc_sd voltage. the stock dts uses 3.3v which is too high for many SD cards. Tuning down to 1.8v-3v
Correcting vdd_logic max voltage. Stock used 1.35v which would fry the GPU.
Adding memory tuning for XU10
Tuning battery information to be more accurate
