b29a679ebe Revamp the Tools System menu 
[All] updates images to work across all gamelist variants (removed all old images)
[AMD64] adds ability to launch additional standalone emulators (RPCS3, PCSX2, Yuzu and Xemu) to enable global configurations to be made.  For example: this will enable PS3 firmware to be added directly on device to RPCS3 (no more need for another computer)

* Documentation update, AMD64 PS2 now defaults to pcsx2-sa on fresh flashes.
